We are an extension to our clients' HR department.  Our screening and selection process includes all of the critical steps you practice with your on boarding process, including face-to-face interviews, skills assessments, reference checks, comprehensive background check, employment eligibility verification and vetting. We complete all pre-screening steps to mirror your internal hiring process and ensure our clients only see qualified candidates.
